Job Information: ECHS Panagarh invites applications for the post of Dental and Non-Medical staff from eligible candidates through offline medium in ECHS Polyclinic Karwar for a period of 11 months / 01 year, renewable for an additional period of one year / till attaining the maximum age, subject to the performance of candidates, according to the criteria against each post under ECHS Karwar recruitment 2025.

All posts are reserved exclusively for ex-servicemen on a priority basis. In the event of the non-availability of suitable ex-servicemen candidates, other civilian candidates may be considered.

Application on plain paper, mentioning the name of the post applied for, affixing the recent
passport size photograph mentioning complete particulars, i.e., Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Date of
Birth, Gender, Caste, Educational Qualification, Experience, Permanent address, present postal address.
Nationality, Contact Number, along with attested copies of relevant certificates/documents, should reach the office of the Officer-In-Charge, Station Headquarters (ECHS Cell), Naval Base Karwar, INS Kadamba – 581308 in Triplicate either by registered post or by hand, well before the closing date, i.e., 01 November 2025. Applications received through e-mail shall not be entertained.

Incomplete applications, such as those without the name of the post applied for, date of birth, or educational details. Qualifications, without a photograph, without attested copies of relevant certificates, testimonials, and received after the due date or before the date of advertisement, shall be rejected outrightly without any intimation to the candidates.

Important Instructions To Remember

1. Don’t forget to write the name of the post and your caste on the application envelope.
2. Handing over/ Taking Over between key appointments of Medical Officer/Para Medical at ECHS will be carried out.
3. The recruitment is on a contractual basis for an initial period of 11 months, which may be extended for an additional year.
4. Ex-servicemen will be given priority for each post. In the event of the non-availability of suitable ex-servicemen, a civilian candidate will be recommended for the posts mentioned above.
5. You must carry two passport-size photos along with other necessary documents when appearing for the interview at Station Headquarters, ECHS Cell, Ins Kadamba, Naval Base Karwar.
6. Please fill out two copies of the application form.
7. The selected individuals will undergo 10 days of on-the-job training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before signing a contract. This period of OJT will remain unpaid.
8. Any candidate who is already employed with ECHS, an NOC from the employer should be attached to the application.
