Interview Date, Time, and Venue
Interviews will be held between 0900 and 1330 in the Second Week of February 2026. The Final interview schedule will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates through email, WhatsApp, or a trunk call. Candidates must arrive at Station Headquarters, Roorkee, by 0830 hrs. They should carry two passport photographs, along with all original certificates/marksheets/work experience/PPO/Aadhaar PAN Card/Discharge book/Medical Certificate, duly signed by the CMO/SEMO. How To Apply
Application on plain paper, mentioning the name of the post applied for, affixing the recent
passport size photograph mentioning complete particulars, i.e., Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Date of
Birth, Gender, Caste, Educational Qualification, Experience, Permanent address, present postal address.
Nationality, Contact Number, along with attested copies of relevant certificates/documents, should reach the office of the Officer-In-Charge, Station Headquarters (ECHS Cell), Roorkee, in Triplicate, either by registered post or by hand, well before the closing date, i.e., 31 January 2026. Applications received through e-mail shall not be entertained.
Incomplete applications, such as those without the name of the post applied for, date of birth, or educational details. Qualifications, without a photograph, without attested copies of relevant certificates, testimonials, and received after the due date or before the date of advertisement, shall be rejected outrightly without any intimation to the candidates.
Important Instructions To Remember
- Don’t forget to write the name of the post and your caste on the application envelope.
- Handing over/Taking Over between key appointments of Medical Officers/Para Medical at ECHS will be carried out.
- The recruitment is on a contractual basis for an initial period of 11 months, which may be extended for an additional year.
- Ex-servicemen will be given priority for each post. In the event of the non-availability of suitable ex-servicemen, a civilian candidate will be recommended for the posts mentioned above.
- You must carry two passport-size photos, along with other necessary documents, when appearing for the interview at the Station Headquarters, ECHS Cell, Roorkee.
- Please fill out two copies of the application form.
- The selected individuals will undergo 10 days of on-the-job training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before signing a contract. This OJT period will remain unpaid.
- Any candidate who is already employed with ECHS should attach an NOC from the employer to the application.
