Exservicemen.in was started in September 2024 by Ajay Kumar, who served 15 years in the Indian Armed Forces. After retirement, Ajay ran into the same problems every ex-serviceman faces: confusing SPARSH portal errors, unclear ECHS procedures, missed ESM job quotas and no single reliable place to find accurate information.
This is not a corporate website. There is no marketing team, no investors and no middlemen. Ajay personally reads every query and piece of feedback.
Every year, thousands of ex-servicemen miss out on ECHS benefits, pension entitlements and government job quotas. Usually it is not because they are not eligible. It is because the information is scattered, out of date, or written in difficult language.

In September 2024, after Ajay Kumar saw that India’s ex-servicemen had no single reliable, easy-to-use information portal.
Is the information on Exservicemen.in free?
Yes. Every guide, tool, job update and welfare article, on the website and in the app, is completely free. There are no paid memberships or paywalls.
How often is the information updated?
Job listings are updated daily. ECHS, SPARSH, CSD and welfare articles are reviewed whenever there is a new official notification or policy change, and CSD price lists are refreshed when a new list is released.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Exservicemen Welfare is a free Android app with ESM job alerts, CSD price finders, ECHS and Sainik Board finders and service calculators. You can use it without creating an account.
