Kaun Kaun ECHS Dependent Ke Roop Mein Add Ho Sakta Hai?

Children Add Karne Ke Liye
- Birth certificate (municipal corporation ya hospital)
- School/College bonafide certificate (agar student hai)

Step 1 – Documents Prepare Karo
Upar di gayi list ke hisaab se sab documents ki self-attested copies banao.
Step 2 – ECHS Regional Centre Jaao
Nearest Regional Centre ka address: echs.gov.in → Regional Centres section
Original documents aur copies dono saath le jaao.
Step 3 – Dependent Addition Form Bharo
Counter par form milega — ya echs.gov.in se pehle download karke bhar ke jaao.
Step 4 – Submit Karo aur Receipt Lo
Documents + form submit karo → Acknowledgement receipt lo → 15-30 din mein card update ho jaata hai.
